Pole Introduction
Welcome to pole dancing! This class is your basic introduction to the pole. You will learn the most of basic moves (10) that will prepare you for our Simple
Pole classes. We will put all of these moves into your first choreographed routine and perform it to music. You will work your calves, abdominals,
quadriceps hamstrings, glutes, shoulders, and your lower back. This class will also give you a sample of our infamous method of instruction - which also
sets us apart from the rest! This class is offered once a month or by appointment Monday-Thursday at 4:30 pm. Call us to set your appointment today!

Simple Pole
This class is for those who have participated in our Pole Intro class and yet do not feel quite ready to participate in Pole I. You will learn a new
choreographed routine with comprising of 1 - 2 simple tricks/spins with proper transitions mixed with floor work and fillers. At the end of class, you will put
it together to music. Feel free to bring your own music. You can come to this class as much as you like; a new routine is always taught. Although this class
moves at a slower rate than Pole I, you learn the same skills and gain increased core strength.

Pole I
is always taught. This class will help build and define your skills! Feel free to bring your own music. After only a few classes, you will begin to see your
arms and abs take on a whole new shape as you build core stability.

Pole II
This class is more advanced and moves at a quicker pace than Pole I. Pole II builds upon the skills that you have gained. You will learn 3 tricks/spins and
climbing/inversions as part of the choreography. A new routine is always taught. Also, feel free to bring your own music. As your upper body becomes
stronger, you will be able to perform more difficult elements. You will be amazed by your own progress!

Pole III
No other facility offers a class like it! With your arsenal of tricks, spins, and transitions that you have acquired, the challenge is for you to now choreograph
your own routine. The instructor functions as only a facilitator. She will choose the music selection (with your input) and upon hearing it, you can pair up
with a partner or work as an individual to put your own routine together. This class is your ultimate achievement as a pole dancer. This class defines the
true art of pole dancing; you interpret a song to dance!
Length: 1 hour and fifteen minutes
Simple Spins/Tricks
You will learn 3 different simple spins/tricks, including proper technique, body alignment, and hand placement. At the end of class, you will put them
together to music into a routine. This class will focus and introduce you to the "Perfect 7" - Antix's very own method of teaching pole spins and tricks on the
pole. You will soon be ready to attempt more advanced spins and tricks with your new upper body and core strength!
Length: 45 minutes
Pole Tricks
Do you just want to focus on building your repertoire of spins and tricks on the pole? If yes, this class is for you. You will learn 3 new tricks with the proper
transitions, including climbing, inversions, and static holds. At the end of class, you put them all together for one powerhouse routine! This class is geared
for the die hard pole fan and/or the professional dancer. Pole Tricks class is a phenomenal cardio and upper body strength building class!
Length: 1 hour
Floor Work
What do you do in between those tricks on the pole? This class focuses on how you move gracefully on the floor with impeccable form. Learn crawling,
slides, and poses. At the end of class, you will put all elements into a routine to music. This class is designed to improve your overall coordination and
flexibility as you learn to move in a more sensual and polished manner.

Lap
Learn how to maneuver around your partner's lap with expertise! A new routine will be taught each class where you learn the technique and method of an
authentic lap dance. Furthermore, you will learn how to use your assets to their fullest! This class will also help to strengthen your quadriceps, glutes, and
lower back muscles!

Open Pole Workout
This class is designed for you to come and practice what you are learning in your pole dancing classes. The instructor functions as a coach/facilitator,
helping you with spins/tricks that are challenging for you. This is a great opportunity to work on an upcoming pole competition!
Length: 1 hour
Pole Conditioning = Core 'n' Sculpt
Get unbelievable results from this group fitness class! This class will prepare and condition your body for more advanced elements on the pole as
specific muscles and muscle groups are targeted. You will discover that you are able you to move more effectively on the pole as you develop pure
strength. You will soon witness an improvement in your ability to execute spins, climbs, and tricks! Your body will soon take on a sculpted and toned look
as you burn calories and loose inches! Bring your own Swiss Ball and Yoga/Pilates mat. This class will correspond to half of a punch on your punch card if
you are using your Alternative Punch Card.
