Conventional Fitness Class Policies
Policies and Procedures
1. Both men and women are welcome to our conventional classes.
2. To sign up and reserve your place for a class, payment must be received in
advanced - you must have a current punch card, or an Unlimited (Conventional)
Access Pass and/or Total Access Pass on file.
3. Unlimited Access Passes for our Conventional Classes are automatically
processed by our recurring billing system on any day that you select for a
minimum of 6 months. You can even do semi-monthly billing!
4. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled class; no earlier.
5. If you are late for a class, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
6. Please bring your own mat and Swiss ball.
7. Bring a towel and water bottle; water is not provided. Water and/or Gatorade
can be purchased.
8. To cancel your reservation, please call 24 hours in advance.
9. No refunds; exchanges for other classes (only with a 24 hour notice).
10. All food must be eaten outside.
11. All cell phones must be turned off (or on vibrate) and in the cubbies during
class.
12. Please let the owner/instructor know of any pre-existing medical conditions
that you have before class. Modifications can and will be made.
13. 'Restricted' and/or 'private' calls are not answered. Please make the
appropriate adjustment on your phone when calling!
14. An email goes out every Thursday night asking you to confirm your
reservation for Saturday morning's class at 10 am. You must respond the
following day by noon. We must have at least 3 people confirmed in order to
have class. If you do not respond, your spot will be given away.
15.There are no cancellations for Conventional Unlimited Access Passes or
Total Access Passes - only transfers. Transfers are subject to a $85 fee. You will
need to also purchase your shoes ($70.03) if they were included in your original
Total Access plan. In order to make a transfer, you must be current on payment.
Please give a 30-day notice of your transfer.
